Then, when you want calls answered, you simply activate the call forward feature to our 380-0000 assigned exclusively to your account, and our operators answer your calls your way! In the case that you do not have an existing business number, you can have TAS instantly by using one of our direct 380-0000 numbers and you're in business! When your call arrives to our number, a screen customized to your account appears to an operator.

-1-	Your custom answer phrase tells the operator how to answer your line.
-2-	The account information field gives information: your company, names, hours etc. and your call procedures.
-3-	You customize the question field and our operators ask questions based on your needs.
-4-	Every time your line rings the system documents every function performed with an operator stamp that includes the date, time and operator initials.
